Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility while protecting the integrity of our small, privately-run villa operation.

Standard Cancellation Terms:

• Free cancellation for any booking canceled 14 days or more before the scheduled check-in date.
• If canceled 7 to 13 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• If canceled less than 7 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the booking is non-refundable.

Modifications:

• Date changes are allowed up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability and seasonal rate differences.
• Reductions in the length of stay may be considered case by case, but may incur partial charges depending on notice and occupancy.

In Case of Force Majeure:
In the event of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, we’ll do our best to offer a rebooking option or credit, valid for a future stay within 12 months.
